The customer service was horrible, did not purchase because of it. The guy was new, instead of his co worker helping him, he sat on the ladder scrolling through his cell phone, unprofessional. And no help at all. We left and we bout our car parts some where else.

Quick professional service. I was very pleased with the service. Changed my battery less than 10 min. I was told by the competitor across the street they wouldn't be able to do it until the next day and I'd have to leave my car overnight. DARYL WAS AWESOME! Also liked all the employees were nicely dressed in uniform and shirts were even tucked in! I know it's work and it doesn't effect the service provided but it brings the level of professionalism to "top notch".

Purchased a battery from here in February of 2015. It is now December of 2015 and the battery is completely dead. I jumped my car off and drove an hour and it wouldnt start even after that. Tried to return it since I have a warranty on it and was told I cant. Was told my alternator was bad even though it tested fine, and that my starter (3 months old) was also bad even though it tested fine as well. Was told without a receipt I couldn't do anything, even though the date on the battery is 2\15 and it is one of their batteries. The employees are supposed to enter your name and number into their system (for their own filing safety) for this reason but did not. So now, just a few days before the holidays I am screwed out of a battery. I will NEVER bring my service back to advanced and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. I even called the headquarters thinking the higher ups could help, but what a surprise they wouldn't help either.

Never seen employees work slower or with less drive than the ones at this store (this was with several customers waiting). Also saw an employee climb up the shelves to look for something up high. There was a rolling ladder right next to him. Too many other options out there to have to deal with this.

I called this location to price some parts THREE times, and was placed on a LONG hold, the STORE'S phone wasn't answered in the correct script (she said hello as if it were her personal phone). THE LAST CALL I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ....TO ONLY FIND OUT THE RUDE OPERATOR WAS THE MANAGER (TASHA). GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY, THIS LOCATION HAS LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
